For Cottle Strawberry Farm & FunPark Field Trips
Thanks for booking your school’s field trip with us! We’ll do our best to provide a hands-on learning experience for your students and a fun day for teachers, too. And don’t forget! Each teacher gets one large pumpkin for their classroom.

It’s a aMAZEing adventure into learning. The Resource guide is broken into separate grade ranges. Each group includes activity goals, National Curriculum Standards, preparation required, materials needed, worksheets, and step-by-step instructions - Come again, y’all!
Each paid student will get a free admission ticket to visit the FunPark again during that season. - Pumpkin X-press News (download)
Puzzles, facts, word games and more. The News will print on 11 x 17 paper. Fold in the middle for a small “newspaper”. See answers to questions below.
Good to Know
It’s a farm, folks! And an all-outdoors experience. We encourage your students to wear sensible clothing according to the weather forecast, to wear closed toe shoes (no sandals), and to bring a bottle of water.
- Cancellation
If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled visit. We will give you the opportunity to reschedule or get a refund. To cancel, please email us. - Inclement Weather
In the event of stormy weather, your field trip may need to be cancelled. Please watch our Social Media for notices. We will give you the opportunity to reschedule or get a refund.
Answers to the Pumpkin xPress questions
- Pumpkins need SUN
- Pumpkins need RAIN

Agritourism Waiver
WARNING! Under South Carolina law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity. (Chapter 53, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976).
IMPORTANT:
Each student will be required to have a fully executed waiver as a condition of admittance to the farm. You can print the waivers (download PDF file) and distribute them to students for parental signatures.
